About the purchased inventory model |

With the purchased inventory model, you have no accounts receivable, we handle that for you by purchasing inventory from you with terms of net zero as soon as a customer order arrives at your door. This means you get same day payment for your shipment.
Since we are actually the interface to your customers, we install a separate phone line in NMR and staff it along with messages to ensure your customers have the satisfaction of dealing with you personally. Any product issues, etc that our staff are not trained to handle will be sent to you for resolution.
How do we do this?
We have 2 methods of providing the purchased inventory model. One is for companies that do not have an on-line store front to sell product via the internet and the other is for those companies that have on-line store fronts.
Both ways involve us holding consigned inventory from you and then purchasing the inventory as soon as a customer order is received by your system. As stated above, the terms of the purchase is net zero, meaning immediate payment to you, no more accounts receivable.
If you have a store front, we make your store front point to our invoicing system so we can ship the product and invoice the customers. At the same time, we place an order for product on you and pay immediately.
If you don't have a store front, we manage your order book using your systems. Again as an order is received we mark it as shipped to us, which generates an invoice to us with terms of zero, we pay you immediately. We then take the order and put it into our system and the customer.
